Pathway Recovery and Housing provides safe, structured and supervised accommodation for adults experiencing homelessness and complex support needs. Through consistent routines, person-centred support and a focus on safety, wellbeing and recovery, we help residents build stability, confidence and the skills needed to take their next steps.

At Pathway Recovery and Housing, we understand that finding stability after homelessness can be challenging. Our approach provides more than accommodation. We provide a structured and supportive environment where residents can develop routines, build confidence, manage risks and engage with the services they need.

Abbeyrose House

Abbeyrose House provides staffed residential support for adults who require a safe and supervised living environment. Our support is designed around the individual, with a focus on safety, stability, dignity, recovery and progression.

Practical support for everyday life and long-term progress.

Our support is non-clinical and focuses on helping residents manage everyday life, reduce risks, improve wellbeing and work towards greater independence.

Daily Living Support

Support with routines, hygiene, nutrition, meal preparation, safe cooking and health engagement.

Cognitive & Executive Functioning Support

Memory prompts, simplified communication, structured routines and decision-making support.

Alcohol Relapse Prevention

Structured routines, supervised community access, harm reduction strategies and monitoring for alcohol-seeking behaviour.

Emotional & Mental Wellbeing

Daily wellbeing checks, emotional support, de-escalation and engagement with mental health services.

Accommodation Support

Tenancy sustainment, appointment support, budgeting assistance where appropriate and environmental safety supervision.

Safeguarding & Risk Management

Visitor monitoring, environmental safety checks, financial safeguarding and crisis response.
