We maintain safeguarding procedures, risk management processes and governance arrangements designed to support safe and accountable service delivery.

Our governance framework includes:
Monthly Service Reviews – Management-led reviews of service delivery.
Quarterly Governance Meetings – Reviewing safeguarding, incidents, outcomes and compliance.
Annual Service Audits – Reviewing quality, safety, staffing and resident outcomes.
Staff Supervision & Appraisal – Supporting staff development and reflective practice.
Policy Reviews – Policies are reviewed annually or following relevant legislative changes.
Continuous Monitoring – Ongoing monitoring of risk, safeguarding and service performance.

Complaints & Feedback
Your voice matters.
Pathway Recovery and Housing encourages open communication and values feedback from residents, families, professionals and partners.
Concerns can be raised verbally or in writing.
All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours, with a full investigation completed within 10 working days.
Outcomes are shared transparently, with learning used to improve our service.
